Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of FateRoot’s calculator, chart displays and explanatory reports.
Service scope
FateRoot provides deterministic chart calculation followed by explanatory content for cultural exploration and self-reflection. All paid services are delivered online as digital content; FateRoot does not sell physical goods. FateRoot does not provide text-to-speech (TTS), speech synthesis, voice cloning, or audio narration features. Content is intended only for personal interest and self-reflection and is not financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and protect your account credentials. Provide only information you are authorized to use, including another person’s birth information only with permission. You may not disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive scale, reverse engineer protected components, evade limits, misuse payments, resell access or present FateRoot output as professional advice. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, payment misuse or security risk.
AI-generated content standards (AUP)
FateRoot’s AI-assisted reports and related inputs or outputs are AI-generated content (AIGC). You may not use FateRoot to request, create, distribute or promote: (1) erotic, pornographic or other NSFW sexual content; (2) extreme violence, gore or content that glorifies real-world harm; (3) hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics; (4) child sexual abuse material or any other child-unsafe sexual content, including fictional depictions; (5) deepfakes, voice cloning, or other impersonation intended to deceive or harm; or (6) content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights. Attempting to bypass safety filters or to use the service for these purposes is prohibited.
Enforcement, reporting and review
If we detect or receive a credible report of prohibited use, we may remove content, refuse generation, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve limited records needed for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. Users may report suspected violations, abusive content or misuse by emailing support@fateroot.com with a description, relevant links or screenshots, and any account identifiers you can share. FateRoot reviews reports on a best-effort basis, prioritizes child-safety and illegal-content reports, and may request additional information before taking action. Automated rate limits and abuse checks also apply to AI generation and related APIs.
AI output and your decisions
Reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable or inconsistent. Check important birth details and use your own judgment. You remain responsible for decisions made after reading a report, especially decisions involving health, safety, legal matters, money, work or relationships.
Purchases, cancellation and refunds
FateRoot offers credit packages and monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices, included credits, report cost and renewal information are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake. Credit packages do not expire and do not renew automatically. You may cancel a subscription through the management option provided with your purchase; cancellation stops future renewal and keeps current paid-period benefits until that period ends. Once credits have been used, a report has been unlocked, or subscription benefits have become active, refunds are normally not available except where required by law. Approved refunds may reverse the related unused credits.
Intellectual property
The FateRoot brand, interface, report design and original explanatory content are protected. Your personal chart result may be saved for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use FateRoot output to infringe third-party rights or to falsely claim that AI-generated text is human-authored professional advice.
Availability, liability and contact
We work to provide accurate calculations, but methods, source data and boundary conventions can differ. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or life outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, FateRoot is not liable for decisions made solely from the output.
