These terms govern your use of FateRoot’s calculator, chart displays and explanatory reports.
Service scope
FateRoot provides deterministic chart calculation followed by explanatory content for cultural exploration and self-reflection. Features may change while the service is being developed.
Your responsibilities
Provide information you are authorized to use, check important birth details, and use the output lawfully. You may not disrupt the service, scrape it at abusive scale, reverse engineer protected components or misrepresent FateRoot output as professional advice.
Purchases
Prices, deliverables and refund terms will be shown before checkout when paid reports launch. Payment will be handled by the named third-party payment provider. No purchase is available until a working checkout is displayed.
Intellectual property
The FateRoot brand, interface, report design and original explanatory content are protected. Your personal chart result may be saved for personal, non-commercial use.
Availability and liability
We work to provide accurate calculations, but methods, source data and boundary conventions can differ. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or life outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, FateRoot is not liable for decisions made solely from the output.
